abstract

assessment is one of the major domains in medical educationand the only means that makes the resident’s capability observable during theresidency training period. the data obtained from the qualityassessment of residents in tehran university of medical sciences (hemmatcampus) were reported in three categories, including of lack of assessment ofclinical skills, assessment methods and assessment frequencies.
